About Us

Child development Foundation (CDF) is a Sudanese national NGO established and registered in 1999 under the act of humanitarian aid commission (HAC). It works in the field of child protection and child rights, it targets both sexes (male & female), who are at risk and vulnerable (street children, child labor, child soldier, war and conflict child, displaced, school dropout, orphans, and refugees).

It adopts partnership as a model and approach for projects implementation; it won united nation economic and social council (ECOSOC) advisory status since 2007.

We work through a package of partnerships with civil society and official, using a comprehensive community-based approach. It coordinates, and cooperates with all relevant stakeholders to achieve a positive progress in the issues of needy children.

It implements multi-modality interventions and provides direct service to the vulnerable children, and their communities as whole, in the field of socio-economic and health service, as well as raises awareness and development of the children, youth and women capacities.
