CDF relief convoy heads to support South Sudan Children in Khartoum

The Child Development Foundation has staged a humanitarian aid convoy to refugee’s Camps in Al-Haj Yusuf area in Khartoum State for relieving children from South Sudan, in collaboration with Humanitarian Aid Commission, Nile Petroleum Company and Child and Family Protection Council - Khartoum State.
Addressing the launching of the relief convoy, Programme Coordinator, Sanaa Farouq Abdullah, said the convoy aims at extending support to the refugees from South Sudan, especially children.
She pointed out that the convoy is carrying food materials, that valued by thirty five thousand Sudanese pounds. It targeted 200 children in camps of Dar Es- Salaam, El-Takamol and El-Baraka in Al-Haj Yusuf area in Khartoum.
She pointed out the role of Child Development Foundation and its partners in supporting needy children and their families and communities socially, economically and healthy.
