CDF runs a Community-based Protection, IDPs and returnees assistance project in West Darfur.

Child development foundation (CDF) has confirmed its readiness to work effectively with local and International partners to protect child and build their life for better future.
CDF Programme coordinator in West Darfur Sub-office, Mubarak Musa said that they are running two projects, Community-based Protection, IDPs and returnee’s assistance, funded by UNHCR, and Youth on-the job training and construction of mornei secondary School funded by UNAMID.
He said that they conducted two training for Youth on life skills in two returnee’s villages, Dumat and Tomostat and monitoring ongoing construction of two schools in Sise Gobe and Tomosatat, Police Post in Dumat, and Court, school, and police post in Mornei, he confirmed that training and construction process is reached 60%.
He said that Prosecution office with Veranda project in Morning, Kreinik Localities which funded by UNAMID Rule of Law is successfully handed over to beneficiaries with great attendance of UNAMID representatives and other governmental authorities and stakeholders.
