Aziza M. Ismail, V. T. Graduate and VSLA Active member

Aziza Mohammed Ismail, is 37 years old, she lives in the town of Kassab in West Galabat locality, with her four members` family.

 Aziza Mohammed benefited from the activities of EU project for food security of vulnerable communities in Gedaref State. Aziza trained on sewing and clothing design   and received toolkits comprised sewing machine and its equipment, also joined to reconcile savings associations and credit village and have been selected for the President of the Assembly. After training borrowed $ 500 pounds from Tawfeeq VSLA, beside her   personal savings she bought its inputs for the manufacture of school uniforms.   She produced several models drew praise from customers. To market her products, set up small exhibition of school uniform in the town of Kassab, a large number of public and customers attended that show.   All the products had been sold and made some profits.

 Aziza   was able to return the amount of the loan, also earned   customers' confidence for the quality of its products. She is planning nowadays   to conduct another exhibition of the school uniforms and normal clothes.
