Child Development Foundation’s General Assembly, in its periodic meeting under the chairmanship Dr. Sharaf al-Din Ibrahim Bannaga, President of the General Assembly has approved the administrative, financial and programmatic annual performance report for the year 2017, which presented by Child Development Foundation, General Director, Dr. Omar Mukhtar Gindeel.
During reviewing the annual performance report, Gindeel confirmed that, the Foundation was able to top the list of national and international organization’s achievements, due to its strategic work, professionalism, and qualified staffs, He said the foundation has extended its work in child protection, food security, education, peace-building, and health, in addition to building local communities’ capacity, and civil society organizations. Gindeel mentioned that, the programs and activities which implemented by CDF in 2017 has targeted “529414” child, he pointed to the foundation’s programs, projects, and geographical extension, and its new offices in El-Gezira, Blue Nile, South Kordofan, and east Darfur States. Gindeel attributed the qualitative and quantitative development in the CDF’s programs and activities, to the administrative and structural reforms pursued by the Foundation during the previous period.
General Assembly members unanimously praised the administrative, financial and programmatic performance during the year 2017; they confirmed their solidarity and readiness to address all administrative, financial and programmatic challenges during the coming period.
